Claim Handling Process

 

Lumley Retail Warranty’s easy-to-follow claims process ensures speedy repairs and customer satisfaction.

As soon as Lumley Retail Warranty receives a claim, our claim procedure commences:

  • We assign a repairer from our nationwide service network, based on location, expertise and availability.
  • Repairs typically commence immediately due to our ‘pre-approval’ policy, meaning goods are repaired with minimal delay.
  • If repairs aren’t straightforward, the repairer contacts us. We are then able to assess the claim and typically authorise the go-ahead on the spot.
  • The repairer returns the item directly to the customer, avoiding delay and inconvenience.
  • Lumley Retail Warranty then pays the repairer’s invoice.
