Terms and conditions LUMLEY INSURANCE “my.club Home and Landlords promotion” The Promoter for this competition is Lumley Insurance (a trading name of Wesfarmers General Insurance Limited ABN 24 000 279), Level 9, 309 Kent St, Sydney. To enter the competition users need to save a Home and Landlords quote on the final screen of the my.place@Lumley quote screen in the Ebix environment, check the check box to acknowledge their acceptance of the terms and conditions and provide their name and email address details. Entry must be in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions is invalid. Entry is automatic and each quote saved by an eligible participant will entitle that Participant to one entry in the Prize Draw held in respect of the Prize Draw Period from 31 October 2011 to 12.00pm (AEST) on 30 November 2011. Each eligible person can enter the draw multiple times. The draw will be performed using a Random Number Generator using Microsoft Excel. Winning entries will be drawn by the Promoter, and the Promoter’s decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are valid indefinitely as they contain no expiration date. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. There will be 5 x 1st prizes valued at a total of AUD$2,500. The 1st prizes will be 5 x Bunnings Vouchers, each valued at AUD$500. There will also be 5 x 2nd Prizes valued at a total AUD$500. The 2nd prizes will 5 X Bunnings Vouchers, each valued at AUD$100. All other costs will be incurred by the prize winner unless specified by the prize descriptions provided. One 1st prize and one 2nd prize will be available to each region defined by state boundaries: QLD, NSW & ACT, Victoria & TAS, SA & NT, WA. The winners will be drawn at 12 midday on Friday December 9th, 2011 by Lumley Insurance at its premises at Level 9, 309 Kent Street, Sydney. The winners will be notified by email by 5.00pm on Tuesday December 13th, 2011. Prizes that remain unclaimed by Monday March 12, 2012 will be re-drawn. In the event a redraw is required, it will be conducted at 12 midday on Tuesday March 13, 2012 by Lumley Insurance at its premises at Level 9, 309 Kent Street, Sydney. The prizes will be delivered to the winners by a Lumley Insurance representative. Employees on the payroll of the Promoter and their immediate families, as well as employees of Lumley Insurance and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. The redemption of the prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners sign any such documents as the Promoter may require prior to accepting the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages, or injury incurred in connection with taking up the prize and the winner does so at their own risk. You indemnify and hold harmless Lumley Insurance, its parent company and their officers, employees and agents against loss, liability, claims, damages and expenses suffered by you whether arising directly or indirectly from your use of the my.place@Lumley portal or from entering the “my.club Home and Landlords promotion.” The Promoter is not the provider of the prize. Bunnings is not a participant in or a sponsor of this promotion. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the entrant will result in automatic disqualification of the entrant from the competition.
