PROPERTY Thomas Easo – Underwriting Manager – Property Soley focused on the needs of large corporate, with over 39 years experience across Australia, India and the Middle East. Thomas has a “can do” approach and has considerable experience in customising property insurance programs for large companies. Mark Chisholm – Property Underwriter Drawing on his experience as a claims manager, Mark has spent the last six years focused on delivering tailored insurance programs to the BRW Top 500 and multi-national clients. Adit Witjaksono – Property Underwriter From his initial training as a chemical engineer, Adit combines his understanding of business processes and hazardous risks with more than five years of insurance experience. LIABILITY Jason Henry – Underwriting Manager – Liability Jason brings more than 15 years of expertise in Liability underwriting and claims management. Over this time he has developed an in-depth knowledge of liability risks and applies his knowledge to develop customised programs for large corporate. Paula McKiernan – Liability Underwriter With a background as a broker focused on property, construction and liability products, Paula moved across into a technical underwriting role in 2004. Paula has subsequently built up considerable expertise on providing insurance solutions and liability programs for Australia’s largest corporate. Paula also has considerable expertise in putting together large multi-national insurance programs. CLAIMS James Dimitriou – Claims Manager James has over 17 years of insurance claims and legal experience with specialist Property and Liability expertise. James started his career as a practicing insurance lawyer working for Hannaberry Boyle Solicitors and Anderson Rice. Pursuing his career in insurance claims, James has held various claims management roles including Group Manager of Insurance Claims at Coles Myer and Asia Pacific Fire, Energy and Liability Claims Manager with Liberty International. Doug D’Oliver – Claims Officer Doug has had over 44 years experience within the Insurance Industry working in claims for local and international companies, managing claims in all classes of insurance. For the past twenty-five years he has managed large and complex liability and property claims. RISK ENGINEERING Dale Laidlaw – Manager, Risk Engineering Starting with a trade apprenticeship, Dale progressed his career as an Engineer (Plant, Mechanical and Maintenance) before moving into risk engineering insurance services over six years ago. Dale’s valuable experience in large industrial companies gives him a strong appreciation for business risk and makes him a valuable asset for the team. Edwin Micallef – Senior Risk Engineering Consultant Over 35 years of Engineering experience Edwin brings a welcomed balance to the engineering team. His expertise is mainly in the boiler / machinery sector; however he has also experience in commissioning, maintaining, operating and testing of fire fighting equipment, instrumentation and high voltage power generating equipment. Lester Lai – Risk Engineering Consultant Lester has over 10 years experience in the engineering field. With a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) – Chemical Engineer, Lester has held numerous engineering positions both locally and overseas. Over the past 5 years Lester has worked with large Corporate clients assisting them in developing risk programs and improving their safety and performance standards. Lester’s expertise also includes General and Product Liability assessments. Natalle Kitson – Risk Engineering Co-ordinator Natalle has over 10 years experience working within the insurance industry in various administrative roles and is responsible for coordinating the administrative requirements and activities of the Risk Engineering Team. OVERSEAS NETWORK Tracey Byrnes – Network Manager Tracey is currently working towards the set up of the overseas network which will enable Corporate Solutions to underwrite Australian, and multi-national clients. Tracey brings more than 25 years of experience to the team which includes working with two overseas networks. CUSTOMER DELIVERY Alison Mays – Customer Manager Alison brings more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry as her role as customer manager. Alison specialises in understanding the differing needs of large corporates and works closely with the teams on customer strategies and targeting. SUPPORT Glenys Thomas – Management Assistant Glenys has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years. During this time she has worked in both the and intermediated insurance markets. She has had extensive experience as Personal Assistant and holds the team together.
